Easy & Healthy "Farmer's" Salad with Pommegranate Sauce

A simple, budget, fresh salad that can add a healthy dose of vegetables to your daily meals!

This is what you need:

Cut the tomatoes, the cucumber, red onion and the coriander and mix it all together. Finish it with sprinkling pommegranate sauce and a little bit of olive oil. Wait 2-3 min so the vegetables can absorb it all and voila!
